JW Gym is our original FRSTPLACE gym guide. Fitness truly changed my life and it can change yours too, but taking that first step can seem a little intimidating. I used this guide to become truly confident in the gym, learning how to perform exercises with the correct form and progressively increasing my strength. The first 4 weeks are designed to help you familiarize yourself and your body with a group of key exercises, before introducing new, progressively challenging lifts and routines. Getting stronger mentally and physically is one of the best things you can do in putting yourself first!
