JW Home is our original FRSTPLACE home guide. This guide was what helped me in taking the first steps towards putting myself in first place, and is really where FRSTPLACE all started! This guide is perfect for you if you are new to working out, or maybe just not so confident yet. The first 4 weeks are designed to help you familiarize yourself and your body with a group of key exercises, before introducing new, progressively challenging exercises and routines. This training structure helped me in growing my confidence and perfecting my form, whilst also seeing an amazing transformation. Don’t let anything hold you back from putting yourself first!
